End of the Week

Thursday morning
10 minute warm up on the cross trainer
20 minute run at 11.5km/ph
About 6 lengths of the pool (too much slow traffic)

Friday morning
10 minute warm up on the cross trainer
15 minute run at 12km/ph
About 6 lengths of the pool (again too much slow traffic)

Looks like I'm going to have to get in earlier in the morning to get any swimming in!

Monday morning
10 minute warm up on the cross trainer
15 minute run at 11.5km/ph
16 lengths of the pool

End of Week 3

Tuesday morning
10 minute warm up on the cross trainer.
20 minute run (11km/ph).
10 minute on a 5 incline (9km/ph).

Thursday morning
10 minute warm up on the cross trainer.
17 minute run (11km/ph).

Friday evening
Full session.
Got up to 16 for 2 minutes on the stepper.
10 minute on a 5 incline (9.5km/ph - 11km/ph for the last 2 minutes).

Sunday afternoon
Full session.
Got up to 16 for 2 minutes on the stepper (again).
7 minute on a 5 incline (9.5km/ph).

Week 3

Normal regime - managed to get up to 16 on the stepper for a minute :-)
..... then I forgot to do the run :-(

Luckily(?) I'm doing an early morning running session tomorrow so I'll tag it onto to that

End of Week 2

Thursday night
I did the complete regime but managed 5 mins on the running machine - legs were a bit tired which is good! :-)
Followed by 16 lengths of the pool.

Friday morning
Did the 10 mins warm up followed by 20 mins of running at 11km p/h - legs were tired..... hard going (well, the last 5 mins were).
Again, followed by another 16 lengths of the pool.....
