End of Week 2
Thursday night
I did the complete regime but managed 5 mins on the running machine - legs were a bit tired which is good! :-)
Followed by 16 lengths of the pool.
Friday morning
Did the 10 mins warm up followed by 20 mins of running at 11km p/h - legs were tired..... hard going (well, the last 5 mins were).
Again, followed by another 16 lengths of the pool.....
