17 minute run (11km/ph).
Friday evening
Full session.
Got up to 16 for 2 minutes on the stepper.
10 minute on a 5 incline (9.5km/ph - 11km/ph for the last 2 minutes).
Sunday afternoon
Full session.
Got up to 16 for 2 minutes on the stepper (again).
7 minute on a 5 incline (9.5km/ph).
